Performation uses your function anonymously to monitor the use of its products per function per customer for the purpose of research into possibilities for further optimization of (communication about) our products and services.

Performation uses the data for statistical analyzes of the use of the Portal.

The data that applicants send is used by Performation to see whether vacancies can be filled. The data will only be provided to those directly involved in the application process. Within four weeks after the application process (the acceptance or rejection of the person), the data will be deleted unless it has been agreed with the person that the data may be kept for another year for possible future vacancies. 4 weeks after the end of the application process or 1 year with the applicant’s permission

Performation uses Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This concerns secure and certified environments to store (personal) data and send emails. This only concerns the (personal) data left on the general website (https://www.performance.com).

Sharing personal data with third parties

Performation will not provide your personal data to third parties unless:

  • you have given formal permission for this;
  • this provision is necessary for the execution of an agreement concluded between the parties;
  • this provision is necessary on the basis of legal obligations;
  • this provision is necessary to protect the personal safety of customers and users of the websites.

View, change and delete your data

You can view the personal information that Performation has about you. If the information is incorrect, you can request that it be corrected. Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time, but not with retroactive effect. You can address such requests for access, correction or (partial) deletion of your data to Performation in the following ways:

Performation will follow up on the request to correct, supplement or delete information as quickly as possible, but within 4 weeks, free of charge. No administrative costs will be charged when providing copy data, for multiple copies Performation can charge reasonable administrative costs (100 euros per hour excluding VAT). To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) unreadable in this copy. This is to protect your privacy.

You can also contact the aforementioned addresses for any questions. In the Performation Portal (https://portal.performation.com) and service desk (https://servicedesk.performation.com) you can view your own personal data and, if necessary, adjust them in your account.
